Staff Training
All staff is trained at a Kieser Training Academy (KTA). The full course for each level must be completed successfully before candidates are qualified to carry out their respective duties at a facility. The courses have a modular structure, with individual preparation based on study guides, followed by intensive sessions with a tutor and normally rounded off with a period of supervised training on the job.
Duties
- Prepare annual sales targets
- Monitor monthly sales and take corrective action in the event of budget deviations
- Prepare and supervise annual marketing campaigns
- Secure new partners
- Recruit staff
- Train new staff (basic internal training) and register staff for courses at the KTA, monitor level of training within the facility
- Manage a team of 10 (staff deployment, meetings, annual performance reviews)
- Manage and monitor administrative procedures
- Project planning (seminars and PR activities)
- Organise operational and technical maintenance
