Staff trainingAll staff is trained at a Kieser Training Academy (KTA). The full course for each level must be completed successfully before candidates are qualified to carry out their respective duties at a facility. The courses have a modular structure, with individual preparation based on study guides, followed by intensive sessions with a tutor and normally rounded off with a period of supervised training on the job.DutiesSome doctors have their own practice and operate the Medical Strengthening Therapy (MST) department as an external therapy unit of their own practice or as a member of a group practice. Others are employees and manage the MST department on behalf of doctors with their own practice.The medical management of the MST department includes the following:
